'How much does it cost to hire a marquee in Midhurst?'
Most of our marquees are modular in design. This means that, depending on the style, they can be used in various lengths to fit/suit the desired venue. As such, the price can be outlined to the customer on a ‘bay-by-bay’ basis. On our ‘Clear-span’ marquees this is in 10 foot (3m) lengths and on our ‘Pole tents’ it is in 15 foot (4.5m) increments. So depending on the amount of people that you need to entertain or seat, we can let you know the minimum and maximum size of tent that would be needed to accommodate your event.
So the next question is likely to be ‘How big a marquee do I need?'
That depends on what kind of event you are catering for and what budget you have allocated to ‘The Big Day’. With the vagaries of the British climate we can never be too sure what the weather will have in store for us on any given day. We recommend always catering for the worst, as this way the special event will always be carried off with aplomb and our clients high expectations met. So imagine that in the worst-case scenario, all guests will have to shelter under the marquee and the festivities can go ahead as planned under this cover, with disruption kept to a minimum. With our industry experience, we will advise you as to the specific size of marquee that will accommodate your required guests, should adverse weather be an issue.
'What sort of marquee do I need?'
This does obviously depend on the individual event and venue location, something which we would advise on our site visits. ‘So how does the marquee hire process work in Midhurst?’
Having conducted our site visit and satisfied that all eventualities are covered, we would only confirm your booking once a 20% deposit was paid. Until this time we reserve the right not to obligate quotes (as we often receive enquiries one or two years in advance) and it is only upon satisfactory clearance of funds, that our commitment to you is secured.
