TIP: Your catering options are a big influence on the size of generator you will need, so make sure you ask your caterers what equipment they are using.

REMEMBER TO TAKE YOUR RUBBISH WITH YOU AFTER YOUR EVENT!
TIP: Check your venue contract, you may lose your deposit if you leave your rubbish. You can hire dustbins from The Beautiful Day. The venue may ask the caterers to take their own rubbish.
DON’T FORGET GENERATORS, TOILET UNITS AND SHOWERS.

TIP: We live in England, so it’s best to plan for the weather as best you can. Rain? Umbrellas. Sunny? Coat rails. Chilly? Blankets.

IS THE ENTRANCE TO YOUR MARQUEE/VENUE OBVIOUS?
TIP: Decorate your entrance so guests know where to walk in. It’s best to encourage guests through an entrance with pathways and decoration, rather than walking in anywhere with tables scattered around, as they might miss the table plan or entrance drinks. We can supply porches and pathways, as well as highlighting the entrance will barrels, crates, lights, signs etc.
